The italian automaker just presented the speediest car of its history, Ferrari 812 Superfast. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.9 seconds and to 200 km/h in 7.9 seconds, it has an incredible top speed of 340 km/h.

This Ferrari model comes with a 6.5 liter V12 engine that produces 789 horsepower and 588 kw at 8,500 rpm. This model is the first Ferrari to come with electric power steering.

812 Superfast price is yet to be revealed, but Ferrari Berlinetta, a close model of it, price tag is $ 320,000. Its price can become even higher if President Donald Trump 20% border tax be approved.

Michael Jackson’s Neverland is on sale once again


The most famous Ranch in the world is back on the market for $ 67 million. Michael Jackson sold Neverland for just $ 22.5 million to Colony Capital, a firm owned by a fundraiser of President Donald Trump.


The ranch was renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch and its price is at a great discount because last year was listed $ 100 million.

The estate has tennis court, a beautiful lake, swimming pool, train station and it has a total area of 2,700 acres. Neverland had an amusement park and a zoo, but Colony Capital got rid of it.


Michael Jackson bought the property in 1988 for $ 28 million and stopped living there in 2005 due to molestation trial.

It’s located in Santa Barbara, California, and now the property is perfect for a vineyard and keeping horses.

Statista released an interesting study about the highest paid tennis players in the world, splitting between endorsements and prize money.

Roger Federer leads with $ 67.8 million in 2015/16, only his endorsements income ($ 60 million) beats Novak Djokovic ($ 55.8 million), the second best paid.

Maria Sharapova is the second best paid female tennis player, but when it comes to endorsements, she had the same income of Serena Williams ($ 20 million).

The billionaire heir to Coca-Cola fortune,Alkiviades David, just sold this superb Beverly Hills mansion for $ 24.95 million.


The house has 16,000 square feet, a wine cellar, 6 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, home theater, fireplaces and six-car garage. The property also has a beautiful swimming pool, terraced hedges, outdoor bar and a tree house for the children or for your inner child.


This italian-style mansion, was first listed for $ 35 million and Alkiviades had to cut $ 10 million for selling it.

The japanese automaker is preparing a surprise, well not so surprise anymore, for 2017 Tokyo Motor Show.

The next generation of Z concept will compete with BMW M2 and Porsche 718 Boxter. The rumours about this car specifications are that it will be equipped with 3.0 V6 engine and an electric motor producing around 400 horsepower
