Michael Jackson’s Neverland is on sale once again

The most famous Ranch in the world is back on the market for $ 67 million. Michael Jackson sold Neverland for just $ 22.5 million to Colony Capital, a firm owned by a fundraiser of President Donald Trump.

The ranch was renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch and its price is at a great discount because last year was listed $ 100 million.

The estate has tennis court, a beautiful lake, swimming pool, train station and it has a total area of 2,700 acres. Neverland had an amusement park and a zoo, but Colony Capital got rid of it.

Michael Jackson bought the property in 1988 for $ 28 million and stopped living there in 2005 due to molestation trial.

It’s located in Santa Barbara, California, and now the property is perfect for a vineyard and keeping horses.
