Best Yachts of 2016 Monaco Yacht Show

One of the world’s most prestigious yacht show is taking place in the palaces of Monte Carlo, the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show. The show numbers are impressive, 580 exhibitors from 38 countries, 28% of them nautical suppliers providing the most sophisticated technology in the sector, 125 superyachts, 40 tenders & water toys and 40 superyacht debuts.

Galactica Super Nova is one of the fastest yacht of its category. What makes it special, it’s just its speed (30 knots), but also because it’s highly manoeuvrable and its low fuel consumption.

Okto is one of the largest and most expensive of 2016 MYS. The superyacht designed by Andrea Vallicelli has 217 feet and its price is estimated in over $ 60 million. Okto features two pools, jacuzzi and a beauty saloon.

Designed by Osten Oeino, this Lurssen Yacht features amenities of 5-star hotels, like a huge gym, infinity pool and cinema theatre. Its Master Suite has a private deck that offers 180 degree panoramic view. Martha Ann is the most expensive superyacht of MYS, $ 70 million.

Athena

Athena is a sailing yacht, one of the largest of its category ever built. This schooner is a project of the partnership between Pieter Beeldsnijder and Dykstra Naval Architects. It combines the best of traditional sailing equipments and comteporary technologies.
