Renault Trezor GT Electric Concept


The French automaker presented its latest concept car at 2016 Paris Motor Show. Trezor is the successor of DeZir and it’s an all-electric, two-seater concept car.


Trezor is an elegant sport car concept with impressive number for an electric car, it has 349 horsepower and it’s capable of reaching 62 mph ( 100km/h) in less than 4 secs.


It has three modes, Neutral, Sport and Autonomous. It lights have “C” shape.


Trezor door has an unique design style, it’s a single piece that opens upwards. So, basically you have to jump to get into the car.


Mansion in Beverly Hills is on the market for $ 43.9 million


This magnificent house in Beverly Hills is a custom home created by the fashion designer Charles Park.

The mansion has amenities of a 5-star hotel, including fitness center, barbecue patio, state-of-the-art home theater and zero-edge volleyball pool. It has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and two floating staircase.

You can buy it for $ 43.9 million. I’m not sure if you realized that there is an original Andy Warhol painting in the house, but no, it’s not included. The house has a total of $ 6 million in artworks.

The most expensive apartment in the world


This penthouse in Monaco is on sale for just $ 335 million. It’s 5-storey apartment in the tallest building of Monaco, La Tour Odeon (558 ft/170 meters).

The penthouse has dance floor, infinity pool, waterslide, roof deck and a beautiful 360 degree view of Mediterranean sea and Monaco’s skyline. It has 31,500 sq feet making $ 10,634 per square foot.


The building has among its amenities 24/7 concierge, spa and a sophisticated business center.

Famous for being a tax haven, Monaco has a strict admission for living there ( I’m pretty sure if can buy this penthouse you’ll pass). BMW’s futuristic motorcycle concept


BMW unveiled its new motorcycle concept as a part of Vision Next series, which celebrates the centenary of the company projecting how the next 100 years will be.


The bike was designed by Edgar Heinrich and his team, which created a refined and minimalistic design with ergonomics of a roadster. Its tyres comes with damping function and adapts to the type of terrain. The bike was inspired by the R32, a model of 1923.


According to the company the bike has self-balancing system the prevents tilting over. The system is capable controlling the balance when riding and at a standstill.


The rider instead of using helmet will use a data glasses, which will collect data from the road and warns the rider if it detects hazards. The clothes will be different too, instead of wearing protection clothing the rider will wear high-tech clothes with air-conditioning system and that offers protection against rain and wind.



Ferrari GTC4 Lusso T


After the success of the model GTC4 Lusso, the italian automaker presents Lusso T, a car that is powerful but also perfect for driving on daily basis.

GTC4 Lusso T, unveiled at Paris Motor Show, is Ferrari’s first car with a V8 engine for 4 passengers. Its numbers are impressive, it has 760 Nm of maximum torque, maximum speed of 320 km/h (200 mph) and it acelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds (0-62 mph).


The car 3.9-litre V8 engine features Variable Boost Management, a software that when you switch the gear it adjusts the torque delivery, optimizing fuel consumption. Its unique soundtrack is exhilarating. The engine won the International Engine Of The Year Award 2016.



GTC4 Lusso T’s price is yet to be revealed.


Zara founder buys skyscraper for 490 million euros


Zara owner, Amancio Ortega, has just bought for 490 million euros ($ 551 million) one of Madrid’s most famous skyscrapers – known as Cepsa Tower – from Abu Dhabi businessman, Khadem al-Qubaisi.

The building, previously the headquarters of the oil refinery Cepsa, is located in Cuatro Torres Business Area, which is the financial hub of Madrid. It was designed by the award-winning architect, Foster Norman, Baron Foster of Thames Bank.

This purchase reveals his strategy of creating a real estate empire using Pontegadea Imobiliaria – his real estate company – as the tool for reaching this goal. In July the billionaire bought for 44 million euros one of Barcelona’s most iconic buildings, where previously was Bank Banesto headquarters.


Amancio Ortega

Mr. Ortega is the owner of the fashion group, Inditex, which has Zara as the main branch. He’s the second richest man in the world, with a fortune of $ 72.7 billion.

Sarah Palin’s property sold for $ 2.2 million


This superb equestrian property in Arizona was sold by Sarah Pallin, former Alaska Governor. She bought the estate for $ 1.6 million in 2011 and now sold for $ 2.2 million.

One of the world’s most prestigious yacht show is taking place in the palaces of Monte Carlo, the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show. Royal Savoy Lausanne opens after ambitious renovation


The famous hotel, Royal Savoy Lausanne, opens once again after a multimillion dollar restoration. The hotel was built in 1909 and gradually became a landmark of the region, hosting famous guests like Phil Collins, King Bhumibol of Thailand and the Spanish Royal family during their period of exile.

In its centenary in 2009 it was acquired by Katara Hospitality after a period of decline. The group then started all complete remodelling of its interior and a construction of a new pavillion.


With an Art Noveau architecture style the hotel has 196 rooms, spa with a “ladies only” area, 24/7 fitness facilities, lounge bar, cigar lounge and Clinic Lémanic, which offers anti-aging treatments of the best specialists.

Royal Savoy restaurant, Brasserie du Royal, has dishes created by the Michelin-starred chef Marc Haeberlin. With fresh ingredients from the Alps, you can taste the best of the local cuisine.

$ 250 million yacht concept


The italian designer, Gabriele Teruzzi, created a mega yacht concept named Shaddai. Its name means omnipotent in Hebrew and it has an elevated cabin at 38 meters (125 feet), which will offer the owner first a great view,  but also as stated by Gabriele “a feeling of high power”.


The yacht has a futuristic shape and is 150 meters (492 feet) long. The luxurious beach club has 300 square meters, an aquarium in the middle and its ceiling is a scenographic infinity pool.


Shaddai elevated cabin has a bar, a private terrace with 105 meters (1,130 square feet) and it also has an infinity pool.
